I started mindfulness practice with Akash after the pandemic started and we were all forced to work from home. This practice helped me to find my center during the months of working remotely. I have continued to practice with Akash ever since and thoroughly enjoy the sessions. Akash has been very diligent and has been with me on every step of this journey. I owe him a lot! I learned mindfulness meditation with Akash back in Jan, 2020. I had some experience with meditation but I used to get caught in a lot of doubts that disrupted my practice. Akash was able to help me with the doubts, as and when they arose. He's a good teacher and I recommend him to anyone who's looking forward to learn mindfulness and improve their living experience.
I was fortunate to attend one-month Mindfulness program of Mr. Akash Dhawan during Oct. 2020 and has been practicing the same ever since and the benefits that I have been experiencing are viz. I can clear my mind and experience calm whenever I want. I can switch into a state of concentration and able to sense the beginning of an unwanted emotion like fear etc. and able to make it diminish and disappear. Further I can change habitual patterns of my mind and change resulting attitudes and emotions.
The Mindfulness Course by Akash Dhawan. It has been a unique experience and eye opening one; to get the clarity and stability within! I used to just meditate without understanding. Akash, teaching the Program provided with the 'Why' and 'How' about all things Mindfulness. This has upgraded my understanding and so the behaviour towards a more peaceful and fulfilling Life.
